To get the
negative form it is necessary to put the negative article íå between the subject pronoun and the verb.| àç íå ñúì | I am not |

| íèå íå ñìå | we are not |
| âèå íå ñòå | you are not |
| òå íå ñà | they are not |
Notice that the negative article comes before the verb and not after it as it is in English.
The forms "àç ñúì íå", "òè ñè íå" etc. are not correct!
